Webpage and design for Sophie

www.sophies.app/

We have built a website and designed a new part of the web solution for Sophie!

Sophie AS wanted to simplify everyday life for small and medium-sized property managers. Many managers carry the responsibility alone, often alongside another job, and lack tools tailored to their needs. Most systems on the market are built for large players with complex features and high licensing costs. Sophie’s vision is to make property management simpler, safer, and less stressful. The service was to be available on both web and mobile, without lengthy training, and help ensure legally required maintenance, efficient communication with tenants, and better documentation.

Website in Webflow

Link Utvikling developed the sophies.app website in Webflow. The platform provides flexibility to design rich, responsive pages without heavy development. Each main section – product, pricing, about us, contact, and FAQ – was structured into separate sections with clear calls to action. Webflow’s editorial control makes it easy for Sophie to update content, prices, or blog posts without involving us every time.

Design

We created a consistent design in Figma. By defining colors, typography, and components early on, we could quickly iterate on the user interface for both the website and the web portal. The visual style is light, airy, and Nordic-inspired – large surfaces with soft blue and green tones create a professional feel, while iconography and illustrations make the content warm and approachable. The same design system was applied in Webflow to ensure visual consistency across the website and application.

Webportal

In addition to the marketing website, we designed and prototyped key parts of Sophie’s web portal. The portal is the core of the service, providing different user groups – property owners, operations managers, and tenants – with tools tailored to their daily needs.

  • Task management and checklists
  • Calendar planning
  • Tenant portal – Tenants get their own dashboard with tasks, a document archive, and a feature for submitting issues. The “Reported Issues” section provides an overview of ongoing and resolved cases with status indicators such as “In Progress,” “Not Handled,” and “Planned.”
  • Onboarding – To make it as easy as possible to get started, we designed a step-by-step onboarding flow that collects the right information from the user and guides them to their goal.

Result

The result is a user-friendly platform for property management. The website clearly communicates the value proposition and makes it easy to get started. The portal provides property owners and tenants with full oversight of tasks, deviations, leases, and documentation. Automatically generated maintenance plans, weather-based alerts, and photo-driven tasks ensure compliance with legal requirements. At the same time, communication time is reduced through built-in case management and clear delegation of responsibility.

This project demonstrates how Link Utvikling combines design expertise with technical execution to deliver a complete digital product. By using Webflow for the marketing website and Figma for the web portal design, we were able to deliver a modern, intuitive product in a short timeframe. The result is a solution that lowers the threshold for getting started with digital property management.
